I had a truly great experience with the card sorting exercise. The output was clear and concise, making it easy to understand the results. The support staff were also fantastic, always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions. In addition, the exercise helped me to gain a deeper understanding of of our hypothesis and to apply them to our work. Amazing experience with UserQ. Literally saved my research project when I was finding it really hard to get participants for a survey in Egypt. Received my results from 150 participants within a day! UserQ is a fast way to capture user feedback and data in the MENA region. I often use it for my UX research and design projects. The tool has helped me to test my hypotheses and assumptions and, eventually, improve the products I worked on. My favourite features are tree-testing and card-sorting.
