
As my role switched from strictly inbound to a hybrid of inbound/outbound, using Trellus on top of the Salesloft dialer has drastically improved my cold calling skills and enabled me to focus more, refine my skills, and book more meetings. The AI summaries are very helpful when recapping a call and its' details to an AE. The real-time feedback (especially speed) has helped not only on live calls but also voicemails, which is something I didn't anticipate. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you are using Salesloft!

Used Trellus as a consultant for an Enterprise role, moved mid market and struggled to get any response, much less collaboration, around any non-enterprise integrations for a basic ChatGPT wrapper. Finally left another message after at least a year of constant letdowns, saying I'm done taking the hit trying to recommend a cool tool that never seems to work outside of 4 really bad outreach platform choices, Instant reply on the same channel that I've been getting ignored for years. They first asked which business I'm reaching out to, and since I recommend for multiple businesses, I focused on today's failure. When they didn't hear enterprise, they immediately became defensive about the integration failures saying, "we have money to make, the focus is only enterprise, where the money is at." "It costs us a lot to set up and maintain integrations and features with each browser-based outreach platform". Do they think enterprise was born enterprise? Do they think all enterprise companies use the same 4 platforms? The answer is yes, unfortunately. It's ridiculous the lack of accountability they have while pretending there are these massive setup fees to make a browser-based ChatGPT wrapper extension work per-site. It's a money grab specifically catered for hitting Enterprise over the head.
Congrats on the launch @ajinkya_nene and @craig_bonnoit. Seems like a great use case for the latest and greatest AI--riding an awesome wave, and in a way that I haven't seen as much. Super innovative. How does Trellus figure out what to coach me on? Can I configure which types of things I'd like to work on?
