I tried literally 8 different AI transcription services, and was subscribed to a few (Otter, tl;dv), but found this one to be soooo far ahead of the rest. It's more expensive, but worth it IMO with the time it saves you and the amazing recordkeeping and collaboration features it provides.

I used to believe that fun and engaging meetings were limited in the virtual space. However, Gloww has proven me wrong. Our meetings have become much more engaging thanks to Gloww. Thank you for making this possible!

Congrats for the launch ! Much better than lot of other "similar" tools I tried in the past; and the ChatGPT feature is a game changer - and ok with french language so far ! Perfect !

I have been trying not to use it for about 1 year now. There are many differente solutions that achieve "kind of" the same as Tactiq. But honestly, the ease of use and the specificity of it's AI summaries is unmatched. I have invited around 20 people, not because of the free transcriptions I get (althought these are nice), but because when I leave a meeting I share the AI summarise and EVERYONE LOVE'S it. Instantly, they become an user. In a week, they become paid users. It is just something that we can't live without. One thing that I love to do is to combine Tactiq's transcripts and summaries inside ClickUp Brain Wiki. This way, we can have a clear understanding and growth of our company by taping into every word that was expressed by everyone in the company. The transcript helps the AI to learn and the summarise is used by the people to check on that meeting in the future. The recording? Well... I have been recording all my meetings since 2017. I believe I went back to check 2 or 3 (out of ~500). But the things generated from Tactiq... ohh, boy, they are used all the time. In summary, we should ask Tactiq to give a summary of my review. ;)

I like the fact that this works my Zoom account. Smooth onboarding. Participant talktime is a great feature!

I use Otter.ai for Google Meet to make sure that I can get the best, cleanest audio possible so that Otter can create flawless transcripts that get better over time!
