I had pretty dismal results from Sonero, I'm quite eloquent and speak clearly in my meetings but the transcript only picked up the first few seconds of my speech. The Key Topics picked up were also incorrect and this really didn't bring any value to my meet. I also don't understand the scoring engine and what the measurement means.
Great tool for the modern time where virtual meetings are taking place and no one know what agreements are made
I use it for all of my partnership and outbound calls. It's great.
I've been using the product since the early beta. I started out using it once every couple of weeks. Today, I use it almost literally every day and I never have to worry about when the Sonero assistant will show up to call. I get to record all kinds of calls without ever having to think about scheduling the assistant. This advantage in collecting voice/video data is proving to be such an edge in my work; improves my conversational recall and also reduces any anxiety about missing pertinent notes. You're going to love using it once you start.
Been using Sonero since beta. The rate of change and responsiveness to feature requests has been unreal. Further, it's solving a real problem for me in giving better transparency to the amount of time and space certain folks take up in meetings over others, making them aware of their outsized time footprint. (It's usually me—Sonero has been a great training device in helping me slow down and be more selective.) Keep it up!

I use Sonero for all my meeting where I need notes taken, a summary and action items for all participants or where I want to understand if the meeting was effective. Mind blowing technology that is super easy to use!
