On the one hand, there are a lot of interesting features. However, all this loses any meaning when you start working with Sendpulse products.
1. Technical support is not at all interested in helping. Doesn't get to the heart of the matter. Just redirects to instructions that don't apply. For example. It was necessary to connect the API integration with the CRM. Sent to the documentation, which describes the process of integration into the mail client, not the CRM. When I applied again, I heard "there is no integration with the CRM yet"
2. Chat bot. If you need to create the same dialog for different messengers, then you will have to do this separately for each messenger. They cannot or do not want to duplicate functions or something similar for 3 years already
Outcome. Strange feelings. There are not so many alternatives, but if there is finance, then definitely choose another product if you don’t want constant humiliation from support
