Started working with QuestionBase as an early adopter back in May. Initially, we were skeptical whether we actually need such a type of service as we are a team of 15, but immediately after integrating it we started seeing the value of it. Yana & team helped us seed the product with questions and answers automatically based on the existing variety of notes we've had over the past years, which led to the product being ready to be used within the team. A few months later questions and answers are flowing, the team is super happy and we have all the knowledge collected in one place instead of hundreds of text files.
Question Base is incredible! We went from answering the same questions over and over, to setting it up once and it answers the same questions over and over for us :)
