THis is such a great platform!! It's super easy and super useful. We use it to get bank notices and create external notifications to our messaging systems, amongst other things. Intentional Service Downgrade for first users, my paid account has been closed because of this review. I’ve been using Parsio for over two years now, and I was one of the first users since I signed up through AppSumo. I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November. I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again. I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan. I find that shameful and disgraceful.

This is by far the best document parser available out there. We parse invoices and emails, and Parsio does it better compared to other solutions.
