Never delivered the product. Sent multiple emails and didn't follow up. Very promising, sad that they weren't able to deliver or available to issue updates/refunds.
After funding the original Nuke External Stationary item on kickstarter in 2019 i am still waiting for my item. Even though they are advertising it for sale on their site , they have not sent me one after almost 3 years
I purchased the product in December of last year for delivery in February. I have written countless emails with no response. I empathized with the company's issues (COVID, the war in Ukraine, defective parts, etc.) and waited patiently. I received multiple emails that my Nuka notebook would be sent, and I still have not received it. I emailed the team asking for an update at least 5 times over the past 2 months and have yet to receive a response. Now I see they have sent Nuka notebooks, pens, etc. to customers who ordered significantly after I placed mine. This has easily been one of the worst customer experiences of my life and have since requested a refund. I doubt I'll receive the refund and will need to contact my credit card company to report the scam/fraud. Very disappointing to say the least.
Nuka = Never Never buy this product because doesn't exist and they Never delivery. They stole my money and continually stealing on the Internet.
Never received my order. Pre ordered in Dec 2021. Last time heard from Nuka on 14.06.2022 when they mentioned shipping has been started. 😅 DO NOT RECOMMEND
I ordered it in February. The order was delayed until April. I've been waiting for my order ever since. I have contacted them but I am still waiting for a response.
I ordered the Nuka almost two months ago. My credit card was already charged but I haven’t received anything from Nuka. No order confirmation, no delivery status, not even a single response to my emails. Worst customer experience ever. If you ask me, Nuka is nothing but a scam.
It is a scam. I placed one order on Jan 2022 and never received my bundle. It is 9 April, 2023 and the customer support mail account of nuka expired. The last time I heard from them was 14 June, 2022. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR THEIR FOUNDERS
I pre-ordered a Nuka product, excited by its innovative concept. Unfortunately, my order, due June 2022, never arrived. As of July 2023, I’ve heard nothing, and the company seems to have vanished. While I had hoped to support Nuka’s innovation, this lack of service and communication is disappointing.
They stole my money, this was just a fake product, they never delivered it, they did not respond to emails or on their networks, the page no longer exists
