It is designed to assist customers with help articles and if a customer has a question a ticket will be forwarded to your email address. However, if you have a bigger team and need departments, sla policies, auto responders, shared inbox, live chat. You can add LabiDesk - shared inbox and LabiChat - live chat and you will have a better and more affordable full fledged helpdesk solution LabiKnow - alternative to Zendesk.
