I had looked into other popular help desk software and was about to sign up with one of the top ones when someone recommended Gleap. I was hesitant but the deciding factor was the price of their AI chat support. It was sooooo much cheaper than the alternatives. It has been the best move. I haven't launched yet but I have built an amazing, comprehensive support system. Testing the AI answers it has been so accurate. I believe it will cut down on hours of support staff time a day and possibly leave me only needing to hire one person. The support team at Gleap are also amazing. Super fast responses and everything I've asked for has been addressed or fixed within a day. I also got the 3 year start-up discount which is a huge help considering I needed to build this out for a few months before launch. Thank you for the amazing product you guys have created!
