There's a lot of things I love about this product. The UX is simple and intuitive, the colors and design are beautiful. Most importantly when I have an issue, I can easily reach a human being without yelling at a robot or pushing a 0 over and over again until the machine finally gets it. Well done Cogni!

@dion_davis Been waiting for over 2 days. Frankly when I can open a Goldman Sachs Marcus account in less than 5 minutes, I wonder why it takes so long for you guys....

Downloaded it and it's really minimalist, which I like. Noticed it isn't on android yet, is that on the roadmap? ?makers

This app has a very complicated registration. Always lags and throws me out of it. Customer service is horrible!!

They are asking full social security number over the phone! Are you serious? Awful customer service who doesn't care at all about you. Application doesn't work 5 out of 10 logins.

I wish I can give 0 stars. Not only they ask you to undertake long and complicated verification, but also when I linked my bank account and set a money transfer they somehow confused bank accounts and tried to take money from a random account, got a rejection but blocked my account. After my explanation customer service instead of help just closed account without any explanation. Worst customer service, worst banking app...
