Simple interface and easy to setup for customer support 1st tier. Very helpful to resolve minor issues within the Chatfuel bot and then redirect to the professionals if any technical help needed.

I have found Chatfuel's chatbot builder to be incredibly innovative - it was easy to set up in just a few minutes and my new chatbot was ready to assist our customers.
