
I don't typically leave reviews but i love this product, I've been using Canny personally since the beginning but was recently successful in convincing the rest of the team we need this for our product. It's been a success story since day 2 of implementation. I could never revert to our old ways of capturing feedback. Love this in every way and the great people that support the project!
I think the dark mode would have been a cool feature in canny. and there's a little bit more issue on the mobile users (responsive issue)
The worst product and people in history. They're literally just using companies to run free ads on their public sites to get more traffic for themselves. All your data and roadmap is locked in - and oh - all your competitors can see everything in public, along with your customers - of which the noisiest 5% (that pay no money) will complain loudly in public. Anyone who uses a public roadmap is totally screwed.
I discovered Canny 2 years back while on a hunt for a solution to idea generation for employees within an enterprise company. From generating crowdsourced ideas to collecting customer feedback to doing behind the scenes project management, Canny does it all with a clean, responsive interface that delights the end user.
Canny has made it incredibly easy to gather and organize real feedback from our users. It's been a game changer for prioritizing updates and keeping our roadmap aligned with customer needs. The only challenge we’ve faced is managing duplicate feedback entries, which can occasionally make analysis a bit tricky, but the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. We’ve been using Canny to sort through feature requests, and it’s been super helpful for understanding what our users really want. That said, integrating feedback from multiple platforms into Canny required some initial manual effort, but once we set up workflows, it became a seamless part of our process.
