When Jonathan and I founded Candu in 2018, we saw the need to empower creative development in SaaS products for ALL teams. While some may see the no-code movement as a threat to devs, we see it as a unifier. By dogfooding Candu, we’ve seen firsthand how technical and non-technical teams can create a complete product experience together. While engineers are busy building new features, our customer success and marketing teams are inside the product rapidly prototyping directly embedded UI components that help our customers adopt them. From onboarding checklists to announcement bars and support hubs, we’re evolving the way we respond to the customer journey directly inside the product.
