Hi PH! 👋 Thanks to @bobbythakkar for the hunt! I’m proud to introduce WaitlistAPI, a simple API to integrate email signups with a referral system prior for your next product! A few weeks back, a friend approached me with a specific ask: A simple waitlist for his next project. His requirements were that it has to be simple, free and suitable for a small side-project. Other options had too many features, were paid and/or didn’t suit small-scale needs. And I think that’s a fair point. A waitlist is not difficult to build, but requires time and effort that could have been spent on your main product. That’s why I built WaitlistAPI to be a free, lightweight tool that can be implemented in 5 minutes. Check out the website here (www.getwaitlist.com) and feel free to DM me on Twitter (www.twitter.com/banisgh) or comment below for any questions -- appreciate feedback! Don’t worry -- there’s no waitlist for the waitlist 😜 (+ thank you to @zyumbik for the amaze animation!)

@banisingh WHOOP WHOOP, love this, so excited for your next drop 😉

unpolished, unfinished. Referal URL goes to a dev website. The copy is poor on the website. I am apparently "waiter 14 out of 6" and all comments here are made by peers. Reported.

@jasper_v_d_meer Hi Jasper. I am truly sorry that you had this experience with the test module. I can assure you that I'm working my hardest to make it 100% right and will keep you posted as I continue with the launch. I have removed the module momentarily and am investigating. To address your points:
1. The module was reused from a previous project of mine (and thus, had a few bugs -- rookie mistake).
2. I agree, the frontend was certainly slow (re: copy) for the demo-module (due to focusing on the core product), which I'm hoping to make faster asap. I'll make sure to put it back up when the frontend is faster.

Many of aspects here can be improved when you have your own frontend. The product is customizable enough and should hopefully just encompass a post request. Thanks again!
