It looks great, but why do you say it's 100% free, if there is premium plans? That means it's free, but not 100%.

Part of the reason we are saying "Live Chat is now 100% free" is because of the various "Free" live chat offers that all have some limitation: limited by number of operators, feature set or # of chats (or all of the above). In Pure Chat's case, 100% of the Live Chat features, for unlimited operators and unlimited chats is free.
