Hey guys! I'm proud to finally launch UserSketch on ProductHunt! The problem and the solution UserSketch provides: Customer data is scattered all over the place, it often takes 60 opened tabs to follow the user's paper trial just to find out they never even requested the password reset email that they said they "never received". UserSketch was built to consolidate this data into a simple timeline-like view of the customer's interactions with your SaaS. On top of that, we recently added AI so that you can prompt AI about this data all from a single tab. UserSketch enables you to quickly get caught up on a customer issue the customer had over the weekend, or get a rundown of your Slack messages for yesterday.
