Superpowers for your PgMs, and AI PgMs for your org. It joins meetings, manages tasks, schedules follow-ups, and tracks projects securely - levelling up your company. Ask it anything in meetings, and get any-time updates on key tasks and pan-company insights.
Sachiv.ai (pgm.bot) - an AI secretary and program manager!
It'll join your meetings - be it gmeet, zoom, slack, teams, or cisco, participate in them, create and nudge the agenda, take notes, update jira/monday/asana and your project management tools in realtime, just based on the discussions. It'll book follow up meetings, invite the right people, and join them - driving your projects, and chasing tasks as and where appropriate. You can give it questions or tasks mid-meeting or offline, get weekly and daily reports/marching orders and recaps in email - and always have the true pulse of your team, all in a high context, consent-driven, privacy-sensitive and secure manner, just like a human.
Stay hands free, stress free, and just bring yourself to meetings. Do your best work, and let us track and organize it. We aim to obliterate soul-crushing business admin.
@adityagupta93 Great idea and the demo looks good. Once you get past PoC I have some questions:
– ability to understand NLP (different wording when discussing same task)
– robustness to different accents and noise (maybe your stack already handles this for you?)
– integration with calendar, trello, jira etc. (maybe not part of MVP?)
@h_b_acharya We are definitely way past POC (we've active users!) - but are a little shy of our full MVP roadmap!
1 - 2) We aim to use realtime audio + video + transcripts, and pipe them through multiple models to triangulate for critical meetings. All inferences can also be informed by past context of the company document RAG + employee database, which helps mitigate glitches. Most language models today are thankfully multilingual, and we've tested seamless transition between English to French, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Mandarin - and back.
3) Our integration roadmap is vast, but I believe there are some quick wins with Twilio, Zapier, IFTTT and a few other platforms. Ultimately, it will be what our B2B clients need.
