Incredible work by the GitBook team. Love the new GitBook Lens feature. It decreases the amount of support tickets that we receive while providing great answers. A bit hard to find in the search UI as users might not be familiar with "Lens".

Been using this for a while... Gitbook is a life saver.. Let me tell you the best part of this.. It has a little analytics center which you can use to find what people are looking for in the documentation.. Supervised is used by 12K+ users globally and I was able to find that most people were stuck at the upgrading part because it had much more visits than any other page..
Total life saver for devs.. Love this!

This is a great tool for organizing your information and create a knowledge base to share with your team. It is a great tool to be able to quickly share with anyone onboarding to internal processes and procedures.
I'm using it to build a Crowdfunding guide that will crush all those others out there. DM me for early release and access.
This product should have much wider use - it's awesome

We use Gitbook at our startup to write useful and easy-to-digest documentation. It is the only platform that provides so much flexibility for this.
