@ayalaamos @eytanbensoussan are you guys ever going to call me and help resolve the thousands of dollars your bank allowed to be stolen and act like you guys are not responsible ?

@ayalaamos @eytanbensoussan This is by far the worst I have ever encountered as a 'Bank" after a core meltdown on the application of Northone I was able to see over 400K in other peoples transactions such as pay checks, Deposits, Debits and bill payments. My account was messed up for weeks and all I got was a software update was in the works. Now here is my problem not only was Radius Bank who is the ACTUAL bank that partners with Northone not able to see what I was seeing on my app which was confirmed by NORTHONE as other peoples transactions but it took them 2 weeks to fix it. At that point I could not use my account or features or anything else. When Northone finally fixed it then a new problem poped up from fixing the old one which was all the account balances where not correct and I looked like it was overdrawn by 10's of thousands of dollars. This new issue then took another week to fix and I got a E mail from the Founder Eytan apologizing for the huge problems and hopes I can give them my trust back.... GUESS WHAT a week later I had fraud on my account which I am sure came from one of the two data breaches they had with what they said was "High Volume" accounts that were affected and to this day I have not had any help from Northone to retrieve my Fraud stolen funds of over 2K , No E mails returned , No messages returned and Radius Bank only directs me back to Northone that has 1: NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER 2: EVERY ADDRESS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE IS WORK SHARE ADDRESSES, you google it and they are in a building where they RENT DESKS! I am about to make a formal complaint with the FDIC and whoever else can get these clowns to follow regulations. The fact that you cannot reach them on a phone has me stunned and the fact that no messages are being returned or no messages being replied to and then they send me a generic E mail saying they have to close my account ?? I sent e mails over 10 days ago wanting my account closed I am humored at the fact they are so unorganized to the point of this?! I would be VERY AWARE BEFORE YOU OPEN ANY ACCOUNT WITH THEM OR RADIUS BANK! Use a regular bank and keep yourself far away from these goons. If your a client I would close your account because your information is not safe with the systems they have, I have Screen shots to prove others peoples information was in my account I would close your account and run before your money is taken from someone that got your data because of there system and THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU GET YOUR FUNDS BACK, They will not even return a call.

@ayalaamos @eytanbensoussan @shaun_benoit I’ve had inexplicable charges that were Just as inexplicably returned to my account. I also have had issues depositing checks. All of this would be manageable if their Customer Service folks could answer questions. They can’t. I’m moving my firm’s money.

@ayalaamos @eytanbensoussan I've been looking into this and have signed up for an account. Having become thoroughly spoiled by the beautiful built-in budgeting features in Simple Bank I've been looking for something similar for my business banking for a long time. The pain point that you are trying to address is real. As I venture out on this journey with you, however, I am keenly aware of how risky it feels to support a new enterprise that is trying to create the features that you want to see. I've already tried this once with Seed Bank, which eventually went under. Since I am starting to invest in this with you, I want and need this to work! And for that reason, I want to point out a few things that are already making me nervous as a new user: (1) Some of the core advertised features don't exist, yet, such as the accounting integrations. As some others have noted, that does sound like misleading advertising; I understand these are on the way, but the website makes it sound like these features are already available. It's disappointing to find that they aren't. (2) Getting money INTO the bank hasn't been smooth for me: I can't initiate the process from inside NorthOne. A local bank doesn't even let me do online transfers. And my other online bank, recognizing the account/routing numbers as Radius bank keeps kicking me back out with the message "Good news! You don't need to use account/routing numbers because we already have a connection with Radius bank!" Only Radius Bank does not recognize NorthOne login credentials. I was able to reach someone quickly through chat, and she understood the issue and acknowledged that you aren't set up with Plaid, yet. (3) And finally, so far, the NorthOne rating with the Better Business Bureau really needs a lot of help since this is something that a new user would consider when trying to decide whether the risk is worth it. All of this said, I definitely agree that there is a need for this. I am happy to see what has been done so far, I'm eager to see what's next, and I want to see it work.
