Im Paul, CEO & co-founder at Modjo and today is a big day for us as we are launching our latest product, Livenotes, the real-time notes taking-app for revenues teams.
Back in 2020 when we launched Modjo, we believed that customer's voice should always be heard and seen as a core value for every organisation. Today, our mission is to help customer-facing teams spread their voice throughout the company by leveraging their interactions with them.
As customer-facing people are spending a lot of time in meeting, on the frontline, we need to empower them and help them to capture the most insights they are receiving from customers. Livenotes has been designed to help them in this process by reducing the time spent on repetitive and tedious tasks, while contributing to the accuracy as well as the reliability of the data in the CRM.
Besides, Livenotes also contributes to the growth of individual skills by providing guidance on their areas of work, enabling them to perform better.
It is supported on desktop and on Chrome browser, so it can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. However, this feature is only available to Modjo customers.
