- A Zap triggers a creation/update or research on a User or Account inside Hull

Hey @leadoneer - Hull's core focus is on building a unified, enriched and cleaned source of truth, that is then Synchronized back to all your tools in realtime. Whereas most CDPs focus on Web traffic and Backend traffic data ingestion, and AdTech & Analytics as destinations, Hull is different because in addition to raw traffic and product data, it embraces SaaS software such as Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot and more as native sources that are ingested and unified automatically, It then lets you filter per-entity, per-field and per-segment to update each tool in a very precise manner as data changes in Hull. No more `First_name` being different in each tool, you can unify them all in Hull and then sync the result everywhere.

@leadoneer @rdardour Having been in media for many years, I find Hull is the closest solution to achieving the elusive "360 view of the user" I've seen to date. They're also just an amazingly accessible and knowledgeable group of folks, great business through and through.
