Starting from scratch 6 months ago For those of you who were here in 2021, we had built a product to streamline note-taking and preparation in meetings. In September 2021, after YCombinator, we pivoted to a product more aligned with our initial vision: Building the calendar app that remote workers, and future of work, deserve. Within a clean and modern calendar app, we have embedded all the features you need to stay in control of your time: - Define some frequent activities (Sport / Focus Time / Inbox Zero ...) and drag and drop them in one click to plan & protect your day. Hera uses your activities to protect your time, for instance by suggesting better slots to people trying to schedule something with you at an inconvenient time. - Share your availabilities across timezones with a human-friendly message and a link to confirm - Schedule events faster than ever using plain english - One-click join the next meeting or tell attendees you’ll be 2 min late. If your weekly view feels overwhelming, just hold ⌥ to unclutter your calendar. I swear, it feels good. Built for remote workers and distributed teams We see a great fit with people that: - Need to mix personal and work stuff during the day - Need to coordinate across timezones - Need to partially open their calendar for other people to book meetings You don’t need anyone else to try Hera, but it gets even better when the rest of your team is on it as well. Over the next few months, we are adding more collaboration, like a space to tag a teammate underneath each calendar event, or instant scheduling between teammates. Free plan, forever Hera is entirely free for now, as we optimize for feedback in our Slack workspace. We will always have a generous free plan for individuals, and we will introduce a paid team mode later this year. I've been using Hera for the past few months and it's been lifechanging for me! That's the first time in more than 10 years that I'm not using Google Calendar in a tab anymore. Great features to schedule meetings, super cool UX, and the ability to take notes right in Hera is SO cool.
