Gnars are a new way to fund extreme athletes. We prefer a world where kids aren't sold energy drinks by their heroes. So as a community of action sports enthusiasts, we've formed a DAO to rethink how extreme sportspeople get sponsored.

⌐🄶-🄼 I'm Gami from Nouns DAO and I'm the founder of Gnars DAO. Gnars is a community dedicated to supporting the artistry of extreme athletes. I started Gnars as an art project, but there was such a community that I thought it needed to be a DAO. So I made a proposal to Nouns DAO and they gave us 69 ETH to get started. Now we're helping extreme athletes reach the people, places and things that bring out their best. Extremely nounish. ⌐◨-◨

This is awesome! Nouns DAO pushing the boundary further and further 👏 DAOs need to begin exploring opportunities to standout in more mainstream communities that span beyond Web3. It's awesome that nouns taking a step in this direction. Look, I prefer seeing nouns on a t-shirt at an extreme sports event, and not an energy drink logo.
