Don't currently have a chatbot? Well now you do! In 20 seconds, we'll build your company a virtual assistant by scraping your website + documentation. Faster resolutions lead to returning customers and highly productive employees.
Try it out at: https://www.trydocent.ai .
Docent isn't like other chatbots. Our assistant resolves questions regarding shipping, login trouble, and return policies in a matter of seconds. You can also build a Docent assistant for your company's intranet and allow your employees to cut through weeds of internal documentation to get their questions answered ASAP. If you're a SAAS company, Docent can even help your users fix bugs by referencing your own technical documentation.
Give it a try today!
Hey there! Docents inspiration was pretty simple - why can't we wrap any website or piece of text that we visit in a chat bot that makes it easy to interact with? Thus, Docent was born.
From help center articles to technical documentation, with Docent you can turn any website, no matter how large or complex, into a chatbot that makes it incredibly simple to find the information you're looking for.
Overwhelmed with support tickets? In a single click you can automate your support and only escalate to a human when absolutely necessary. Got too many GH issues asking simple questions that are hidden in your documentation? Make it chattable with Docent.
Super excited to launch and hope everyone enjoys checking out Docent!
@caelin_sutch This an incredible idea...well done. But go beyond the support use. I plugged in my blog and it worked brilliantly as a search tool, wrapped up in a chatty style that recommended several articles almost spot on. The only thing missing for me is that the recommendations presented by the bot should be hyperlinked to the source articles.....that would make it perfect for my use case....any chance this is possible? And I could not find pricing on the site....did I miss it?
@simon_s_j Hi Simon! I'm glad you enjoyed the demo - the tech is super generalized and the team actually uses it for search on a pretty regular basis. Shoot me an email - caelinsutch@berkeley.edu - with some more details on your use case and we'd love to talk more!
I tried your product, but the answers went beyond the services that we offer. A customer would get upset and probably ask for a refund and leave a bad review after paying for something that the bot said yes to and even went on to describe how to use. This is for a feature that doesn't exist.
