Understanding feedback is critical to build great products. Not only it helps figure out what to ship but it’s also the best way to develop product sense and build loyalty with users. Yet feedback tends to be scattered in many different places and product teams don’t have time to deal with this mess. Enter Cycle. Been a big fan of Cycle since beginning to use it at Lazy. It's a real gamechanger for capturing feedback and contextualising it in such a way that it can make a real difference to product for the better. Love the concept of Cycle! Considering setting it up for our startup. Is Discord integration coming? The slack functionality looks really interesting but our user community is on Discord.

@samuel_sonning Discord integration coming in a few months! But there are workarounds already with Zapier, our Chrome extension, as well as our API. There are many teams on Discord who also use Cycle!

I checked out the changelog, and it's clear these guys are constantly pushing the boundaries! 🚀 The app is soooo well polished and the experience of using Cycle is an absolute delight. Every aspect of the tool is crafted with care and attention to detail. ✨ The app is soooo useful to capture feedback, extract insights, and communicate releases. 🔄 The new Slack app is the real star of the show as it makes collecting feedback smooth as f**k. I am really impressed with the progress the team made since the initial launch.
