Powerful and intuitive for our customer messaging.

Customer IO stands out for its powerful automation capabilities and behavioral messaging tools. It allows us to create highly personalized communication workflows, improving engagement and retention effortlessly.

When it comes to email automation, Customer.io is our secret weapon. The level of control and granularity it provides for building workflows beats the cookie-cutter approach of others. It empowers us to create hyper-personalized campaigns triggered by actual user behaviors, driving results without drowning in complexity.

We use CustomerIO to send emails to our customers. It's continuously painful. The email editor is a mess. The deliveries and draft features fail to show everything.

Just started using but so far is good. Only missing a more fast UI and better CMS with more functionalities and features. Way too basic

I've been using Customer.io for two months for my new company Splotch (about to launch on PH!) Unlike Intercom, Iterable and other marketing automation products, they have not gotten bloated and terrible. They give you what you need and keep the UI clean. That's really hard to do in this space!
We were able to get our core flows up and running within a few weeks, ingesting events from Posthog. The segmentation and email builder is good. They don't try to do everything. Customer service is pretty good considering we're still on the free startup plan.
The last company I founded was a customer engagement platform - I know how hard it is to build these products. You can include a million features that distract from the core workflows. It's cool to see a company that's been around for a while keep their focus and quality!
