Hi, hunters! 👋🏽 I’m Bonni and I’m excited to launch Content Oyster, a content-as-a-service subscription offering UX writing and content design at scale and on demand for startups, agencies, and enterprises. I’ve worked for tech companies as both a UX writer and content designer and have first-hand experience with teams that were tied down with: ❌ too many projects ❌ rushed deadlines ❌ lack of clarity or direction ❌ not enough product writers It led to uninspired, unpolished work and burned out teams 100% of the time. I believe in a better way to work, which is why I created Content Oyster—to unburden product teams, create better content, and get them moving fast again. 🤔 What is Content Oyster? Content Oyster is a UX writing agency with subscription plans where users can benefit from unlimited content requests, a custom portal to upload files, chat with us directly, make payments, and get status updates on their work. The best part? You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime—simply log into your portal to do so. 👇🏽 Who is this for? Content Oyster is ideal for startups, agencies, and growing businesses that need regular product writing, in-app or web communication, and a cohesive flow with a focus on content. From error and success messages, to signup flows, to information architecture, our goal is to help you craft a seamless experience for the people using your product. 💼 How does it work? Once you sign up, you’ll get a welcome email with a link to your dashboard where you can create content requests. We’ll work on it and send it to you for feedback. You’re either good to use it as is—just mark it complete—or request revisions until we get it right. Woooo Congrats on launching this Bonni! We'll get it added to ProductizedHQ as (I think) the first dedicated UX as a Service Agency. Really love the landing and concept! The swapping text on the header is also the first I've seen like that. (The highlight before replacement is a great touch. Re: Feedback, my only small pieces are: (not an expert/UI person lol just thoughts.) - This middle icon felt a bit out of place/weirdly sized https://share.cleanshot.com/TLYM... - It would be neat if the previous work clients that are clickable were at the top (https://share.cleanshot.com/3067...) Instinctively, I tried to click on the first one to see the project's UX. Just some random thoughts! congrats on your launch :)

Thanks, @manoj_11! I’ve created style guides from scratch and updated existing guides and content design systems that serve as sources of truth for a product’s tone of voice and writing standards overall, and we use these to inform writing if they’re available. We also use existing content and review what we have already to maintain writing standards.
