Congratulations on the launch @kevin_piacentini and Aurélien! Seems like the whole idea and also the impression I get from checking out Alfred, is to increase the value of AI chatbot solutions. We are going to need a feature like this on our site, and I will definitely talk to my two partners about using Alfred. Hey Team Alfred Chat, a big congrats on your launch! 🎉 It's awesome to see AI making customer support more seamless and accessible around the clock. One suggestion: it'd be cool to see some case studies or examples of Alfred handling complex queries. How does Alfred continue to learn from customer interactions?

@daxeelsoni Thanks for your support and for your suggestion, very helpful! We'll start writing content and customer studies for sure :) Regarding self improvement that's a complex topic that we're actively solving. At the moment we're still improving our core retrieval algorithms on a macro level by analysing the resolution rate across all our users. We're also making it easier for customer support teams to add more content and fill the gap when customers ask questions and the AI cannot find the right response.
