Zynq automatically picks the best time for meetings. Just tell us who you'd like to meet, and we'll book the meeting at the most productive time for everyone regardless of their timezone.
Nice product, is this for startups and small businesses specifically, because enterprises arenโt quick to change technologies (from multiple firsthand experiences).
Would this technology synchronise with the other calendar tools on the user's computer?
@rilwan_owolabi1 we've built this for enterprises as well! We work automatically with G Suite and are adding support for Outlook as well shortly. What calendar do you use at work?
I use the ones you mentioned,
Great, I may check it out or at least show it to some friends
please can you provide feedback on my apps, https://www.producthunt.com/@ril...
For on premise teams, An addition feature could to be find the meeting room with the appropriate number of seats and equipment e.g. video conferencing system, etc.
Looking forward to Outlook version. I'm curious can Zynq find the best time for internal meetings only or can you find the best time across client/internal calendars as well?
@sammyjwalk currently we only support internal meetings, but we are working on a version that will work for clients as well (in the form of suggestions). Stay tuned!
Great stuff, definitely something that looks useful for saving time booking meetings :) Few small points left here too in relation to your landing page that should hopefully help improve conversions for you - https://app.usebubbles.com/75147...
Hey guys ๐ Zerzar here, one of the founders at Zynq.
My co-founder David and I quit Google last year because we felt productivity apps were just not good enough for modern workflows. We wanted to build tools that automate all the boring parts of your job and let you focus on being inventive & creative.
Today we're launching Zynq for Calendar, which lets you book meetings instantly with people at your company. We think it's silly that you have to manually search for when people are free and fumble around with Zoom links. With Zynq, you'll never need to worry about this again.
We've designed it to work really well for distributed teams; we ensure every meeting is booked at a reasonable time for everyone's local time.
Some cool features:
* Automatically get the best time for a meeting where everyone is free, awake & not out to lunch
* Zoom link automatically attached - no more "Make this a Zoom meeting" madness
* We try to stack meetings together to maximize everyone's focus time in the day
* Pick times when you prefer to have meetings - we'll make sure to respect it and protect your time
As per recent events, we're currently making this available for free to everyone (we have a paid enterprise version w/ dedicated support, let us know if you're interested)
What else bothers you about your calendar? Let us know and we'll get right on it!
Hey, this looks great! As a Junior Analyst in my previous company, I was usually the one in charge of scheduling meetings with entire teams and it was a huge waste of time!
This looks nifty. A lot of meetings are not trivial to schedule if folks have some less important recurring meetings on calendar that may be ok to override. Any plans to help with those? e.g. suggest times with least conflicts, or suggest times at times when attendees don't have any confirmed accepted meetings rather than fallback to manual scheduling.
@nirav_mehta4 yup! we are also working on a priority system where more urgent meetings (e.g. ASAP) will automatically move conflicts. In cases where it's not possible to move conflicts, we will still suggest times based on the least number of conflicts
@robin_choy thanks Robin! It works best with <20 attendees, after that it's very hard to find a mutual time that works for everyone (but if it's possible, we'll find it!)
Such a simple addition to my normal meeting workflow but has streamlined the process greatly! I hadn't given it that much thought but it's remarkable how much time I've saved without the back and forth of trying to find a suitable time to book 1-on-1s and team meetings. The auto Zoom links are also a welcome bonus :).
