Hey everyone! I’m AJ, the founder of OneTap. Three years ago, I found myself constantly digging through my notes app just to copy and paste the same links, photos, files over and over again. It was frustrating, so I built OneTap to do the work for me. Now, I can copy & paste anything I need with just one tap, no matter what Apple device I’m using. It’s crazy to think that OneTap has been featured on the App Store three times, has over 25,000 users, and has even been showcased on countless YouTube channels—something I never could’ve imagined when I started. If you’re wondering whether a copy & paste app like OneTap is really necessary, let me assure you—it is. There has been over 500,000+ OneTap Shortcuts used since we started tracking this metric in early 2024, proving just how valuable quick access to frequently used content can be. This ProductHunt launch is all about spreading the word about our brand-new Mac app. With OneTap for Mac, all your shortcuts live right in your Menu Bar, making them instantly accessible no matter what app you're using on your Mac. Just tap the OneTap icon, select the shortcut you need, and the content is instantly copied to your clipboard—ready to paste anywhere. No more searching, no more manual copying. Just seamless productivity. At the end of the day, my goal with OneTap has always been simple: to make life a little more efficient, even if it’s just through copying & pasting. I’d love for you to give our Mac app a try and please let me know if there's any way we can improve OneTap. P.S., we would appreciate an upvote if you had the time. We're a small team still bootstrapping OneTap so every upvote matters!

I’ve been using OneTap for a long time now (even before it was called OneTap), and it has become one of my most used daily tools – mainly because it can be used across all my Apple devices and I just know that it works! It allows me to save my most used text, links, images & more, and use them easily whenever and wherever I want. This is just scratching the surface of what OneTap is capable of, but rest assured, once you start using it, you will never want to part with it.
