In abstract, it makes sense to focus on building amazing single-player tools but I can't help but think there's a networked component here that makes ZooTools more useful as you scale.
What's next on the roadmap?

That's exactly the vision I had since day one with ZooTools: build focused and delightful SAAS tools, that work really well together but anybody can use them independently. Like Hubpost, but marketers actually love it.
I see five main areas for the roadmap:
* Public API -> We already have it, but it's only for a few users. Should improve docs + implement token management. Mobile users LOVE and request this A LOT.
* Analytics (soon) -> Help you to see your leaderboard and insights of your top users. Rn users export CSV + use a tool like Tableau (but non-technical folks have 0 visibility on their subscribers).
* Teams: We're starting to onboard larger teams with devs + marketers using ZooTools Panda. Rn, there is an ugly way to collaborate (using email instead of SSO), so we should offer a native solution.
* Emailing: Automating email updates (# of referrals, goals, etc). Users are forced to use a third-party tool and make the process less convenient + we can leverage our referrals into this channel too.
* Rewards: Give our users a catalog of rewards, and automate how they issue those rewards.
💭 Extending the question to you. If you were me, which 2/3 features would you prioritize or include in the list? I love your book btw, so u know how to trigger humans hehe

@denis_galka Hi, Denis! You can use the API to create your waitlist on your mobile app or website, or you can simply get started in 3 minutes with our no-code signup form. It's fast and easy.
For example, the guys from ORB (a super app for social networks), started using the no-code form, and once they were about to launch their mobile app, created a waitlist there.

@paolo_degiglio Ciao, Paolo! All kinds of cool use cases, whenever our users plug ZooTools Panda they get lots of good returns and exposure. Typically the users with the best returns are those that they know how to bring qualified leads to their signup forms -- since they will share and invite their friends
My fav use cases have been the following:
- Viral web3 launch.
- Running a competition among students across the US.
- Gamify newsletters.
- Only fans giveaways.
- E-commerce drops.

@paolo_degiglio Most of the biggest success has been on consumer products since those are the ones with bigger and massive audiences to bring a network effect. Also, newsletters is a good one. As for SAAS, we at ZooTools use our tool for everything related to collecting leads.
Which ideas do you have to apply this technology to SAAS? I'm sure we can create new features for them.

@saasfellow Yeah!!! That's exactly the whole reason why I built ZooTools Panda. I'm super curious, have you run any referral marketing campaigns before? What has being the biggest challenges?
It looks like a great tool! Quick feedback - I'm immediately suspect of any tool that doesn't list pricing easily on its page. I don't see a pricing page after clicking around, or anything showing the pricing plans, so it's hard for me to gauge if this is meant for more serious businesses, or if it would be useful for something like my side project newsletter.

Thus will help a lot of people. I think that it’s really smart that your allowing people to send their raw signup data downstream to their CRMs. Would be cool if you could help people identify what users dropped off after signing up. Then product teams could help Shepard these users back into the product and/or have another opportunity to learn why the users dropped off to begin with.
