As a leader of a now fully remote company, being able to communicate clearly, comprehensively, and instantly is even more important than ever before. With Instant Video, you can show your work, pitch your product, or answer a question 5x faster than before. We're launching this update on our Mac app (for Catalina) first, and we'll be visiting our apps in the future. Hey CloudApp team, any chance you could improve video drops on CloudApp? Currently, videos are unviewable on CloudApp because the video lags so badly. I'm just staring at a video loading indicator the whole time. Here's an example: https://youtu.be/JqKOO-EIZAA Here's the drop I was trying to view: https://ca.mag.cm/xQugwpw7 Any time I want to share a video I record with CloudApp, I have to download the video and upload it to YouTube. My internet connection's current download speed is measured at over 650 Mbps, so my internet connection is not the problem. Rather, it seems that CloudApp isn't able to stream videos fast enough to support playback. Additionally, why am I shown this warning screen every time I click on the Download option when viewing a drop?: https://ca.mag.cm/6quBJlWq I'm encountering too many bugs on this release. It doesn't feel like it was ready for public consumption yet.

Amazing update, I'm using this product for years and I love how they always shift product towards people needs. For example, I thought I needed Loom, now i dont. 👍

hey i like the product, the ability to GIF and Annotate a screenshot are valuable. the on boarding flow is something i would suggest to take a look at. i had to sign in with google multiple times to use it.
