@vladkorobov hey Vlad -- can you tell us a bit more about a GIF from mobile video. Do you mean a conversion for a video to a GIF?
IT'S ABOUT FLIPPING TIME! It's only been half a decade since I first needed this app.
This app is useless to me at the moment since it thinks my email was taken yet I don’t have an account with you.

So I downloaded this app and attempted to sign up. It’s telling me that the email address has already been taken. I find that hard to believe when it’s my first time trying this app out. Just to test it, I even tried signing in and not sign up. I did not get an option to select forgot password since i never entered a password for the app. This is not a good start at all.
@haitianwatcher Hey James -- send us an email at support@getcloudapp.com. If you've ever signed up for CloudApp (web, windows, mac, from a friend, etc) then you'd still have an account with us. Happy to help troubleshoot or get you access to your account, please get in touch!

The problem was totally end user error and I was able to reset my password with the very prompt support assistance from the CloudApp team:

So excited to have the iOS app out as a companion to the desktop apps.
I love the ability to jump into collections to collaborate, find my favorites for quick access on the go, and being able to record my iPhone screen to create a quick how-to.
Shoutout to our awesome product team for this one!!
@joedmarti will there be annotations inside the app?
Tip: PH icon is not the best one, hard to tell what the product is about. Logo is better :)
Simple but powerful product. I wish the video recording would be faster. I switched to CloudApp from Monosnap and very happy about it.
