Zest - Loom for support and customer success

Hey Hunters, I'm thrilled to share Zest 🎥 Zest started as a simple side project: instead of making our customers explaining an issue with endless back and forth, we wanted to give them the option to easily record it. We started to share it around and it took off. After chatting with our first customers we realized that customer support is seen as a cost center — yet customers demand faster and better support every day. This is why Support and Customer Success teams must revamp their workflows to harness efficiency while keeping interactions personal. When text and screenshots just aren't enough, video is the obvious solution to communicate in a clear, personal, and scalable way. Zest helps Support and Customer Success teams use video to provide an outstanding support experience. 💁🏼‍♂️⭐️ Unlike Loom (btw we are fans), Zest works without having to download/install anything which is key to use video efficiently in your support flow.
