The range of courses on offer covers a terrific cross-section of apps, sites, etc, which means that there is guaranteed to be something to meet most people's needs. In fact, there will often be a course that is so similar to what you might want to do that in the process of following along you will gain ALL the techniques and knowledge that you need to complete your own app/site. And we are not talking lightweight stuff here. Some of these courses go in to serious depth, so you'll be learning things that you would otherwise require a well-skilled programmers to do, but what's great, is that the tutorials cover the material in a way that even some with no programming experience can follow along with and understand. I can highly recommend Zeroqode. Oh, and their support is top class too. So, if you're any any doubt, don't be. These guys rock :-)
