Hi @neila_romdane, yes, it can extract text from scanned documents as well. You can use the extracted text in your zenphi flow which means you can it available through APIs.

It is powered by Artificial Intelligence and comes with pre-trained models for Invoices, Expense Receipts, Utility Bill just to name a few. It can automatically extract key information like supplier details, total amount, tax etc. from those documents, regardless of their structure.

Great solution, will certainly increase the invoice processing throughput and decrease human time needed to execute the repetitive task of supplier invoice processing!
We have been one of the early adaptors the IDP feature of Zenphi. We are very pleasantly surprised by what we have been able to achieve in a very short time span. Using the IDP and in general Zenphi's automation capabilities, so far we have reduced the workload on our accounts payable team by more than 70%.. I am looking forward for the integration with sage.
