That's actually a good question. The answer is: It is up to you. The people you want to fill out the form don't need an account. You can send them the link, and they are able to fill it out anonymously. However, it is also possible to fill the forms out as a signed in team member, for better collaboration.

Since the form responses are stored in a Zenkit Collection, Zapier can be used to connect it to thousands of services, probably also Pardot.

we see how much zenkit has been evolving and innovating technology in favor of users with specific needs! Congratulations to the team, we always want more, in this case I think how great it could be for users to register with a free account on zenkit and be able to interact with activities that we created there, this would help in the flow of activities between the company and customers who need to comment on each item.

@bargyleross we are a digital marketing agency and I'm sure a new resource like this can help many in the same industry and other areas.
see: you have a marketing team working with zenkit base, the whole team can communicate with each other, but often you need to talk to the customer to approve a content or an activity to be done, for that currently you need to talk to him on whatsapp and pass the information to zenkit so the team can know.
now imagine how time would be automated if your customers could comment inside zenkit on every activity it was added! in addition to saving time, the customer follows the activity flow, sees the status of the labels, receives notifications, would no longer need to use whatsapp, it would make work easier, reduce errors and many more people would know zenkit.
I see that this is possible to do in zenkit but unfortunately it is charged per user, this is very expensive, so I see a way to create a free account or something like that where he can only comment on activities, view the flow, but without creating new items.
this reduces the resources to it, spreads the zenkit to many more people who can join a premium account in the future because of its practicality.
It would be amazing wouldn't it?

Unfortunately, as you already hinted at, it's not quite so easy to implement (for now) as we can't mix paid and free plans together.
But, indeed, this is something that would be worth exploring soon when we have the team capacity to do it π

@bargyleross I understand perfectly, but it can be a great move to attract the eyes of many who still don't know the tool, taking our base of more than 100 simultaneous customers, multiply by your customers' customers how much this could give zenkit visibility.
another idea:
currently zenkit allows you to create a calendar link to share for other users to view, so another idea could be to allow commenting on activities without needing a zenkit account.
as the link is practically encoded and sent to specific users, only he himself will comment inside and we will know even so that it is the customer talking.
I know it may not be so easy to program, but it can be a way out :)

Hello, this new feature can really help many users who need to automate their work much more quickly, the integration with Zenkit Base helps to keep everything in one place and the practicality of creating the forms is incredible.
The full integration with the suite of Zenkit tools make it invaluable to have the customers inside the internal workflows. I've just given a quick and short try, but I appreciate immediately a lot the opportunity of nestifying forms. Congratulations and thank you!
Looks cool!! Really good integration to Zenkit Suite! I wonder if thereβs a way to see the result on the aggregated level? For example for a multiple question, how many chose option X,Y,Z
@claireeeee2019 Thank you TZU-Ling :-), you could use filters to only match the answers you are interested in. It would tell you how many responses match (and in the table view you could also see other aggregations for those filtered responses)

is a sensational resource that makes communication with the customer much easier, a future suggestion would be:
base zenkit = used by the contracted team
zenkit base free = used by customers
in a way that the client can only comment on the activities, in the same way that the team communicates, but limiting the other resources for the clients, giving them only the ability to comment on the activities and without generating additional cost for the hired team.
this would help a lot for completing activities, approving content, tasks scheduled for specific days, speeding up demands and much more...

Yes you actually can π Once you publish your form, you can decide how you want to share it with others. You'll get a link and a QR-Code to share the form hosted by us, but you also get the "iframe" code to embed it into your website. β¨
