@thesamparr We plan to charge $29/month to access more advance long courses on Design, Marketing and Programming. They will be 2 weeks long each, with three 2-hour live classes weekly plus other stuff. Soon.
What do you think?
@freddier So I buy two or three courses a year and about a new book a week (just some background). I don't love the subscription model as a consumer because i like focusing on one course and paying for it vs. constantly consuming new courses.
@eriktorenberg thanks for this! I really liked the fact that it was more of a spontaneous talk where you focused on stories and examples for community building instead of slides and prepared sentences.
I enjoyed the experience on Platzi a lot. It was professional and smooth with nice transitions between cameras and the screen. Thanks @cvander for moderating.
@platzi@freddier That's cool. Calendar entry also helps. I didn't get an email though. I might've subscribed within the hour, but I think it was earlier.
This was my 2nd Platzi course, but the first one I was able to attend live. At first I felt that Erik was unprepared, and that made me feel a little less special. But ultimately the knowledge shared trumped that feeling and by the end Erik got in to a real groove, embodying what he was teaching by engaging the community, giving us shout outs & answering our questions in real time. The Platzi platform is a clean, inviting platform with a flat design that is pretty intuitive to navigate. Looking forward to more courses!
@cvander Anything after 9am AEST, but I understand that you obviously can't make everyone happy. Every now and again I don't mind getting up early for these, just not on Saturday mornings...
Platzi seems like a phenomenal platform. I signed up for this course and was pleasantly surprised to see other great courses appear under 'My Courses' such as the "Y Combinator Startup Class", "Develop web apps in Node.js and Sails.js" course, the "Git and GitLab Live workshop" course, and a few others. I'm all about free knowledge!
All responsible homeowners pay attention to the maintenance of their home. Maintenance of the heater and oven is an important procedure that should be performed regularly. Heat transfer equipment ensures a comfortable room temperature. therefore, I recommend seeking help from Furnace Maintenance in Santa Barbara, CA. They are really professionals in their field. When I had problems with heating, they fixed everything quickly and efficiently.
