All you have to do is add the bot to a stream, indicate your availability, and a select a status for the automation. When a task reaches a determined stage in your process, the bot sends your contact a unique link to a scheduling page. Once they've selected a time and date, the meeting appears in your calendar. This bot has a wide range of possible uses, but we think it will be of particular interest to HR departments in the context of an applicant tracking system.
