Hey there, This is Shyjal from micro.company. An estimated 2 billion people use WhatsApp on a monthly basis and we have seen a rise in the number of small businesses relying on this messenger app to carry out their business. Whether it be taking out orders or getting the feedback of their service or just collecting data, businesses are adapting to micromanaging their customers inside WhatsApp. Naturally, the ecosystem needs a simple tool to collect data more seamlessly. That’s why we created WhatsForm 🌱 It’s a no-code form builder that anyone can use to build a form from scratch. And there is also an option to convert existing Google Forms to WhatsForms. Here is a quick demo of 👉 WhatsForm The workflow with WhatsForms 1. You create the form inside WhatsForm 2. Share the link with your customers 3. Customer fills in the data and clicks on Submit 4. You get the data in your WhatsApp number from the customer’s contact ✅ 5. Continue the conversation directly with the customer. We launched a beta version on Google Workspace Marketplace and it got 500+ installs in less than a month. Our forms are mobile-friendly and it only takes a few minutes to get started. Please try out WhatsForm and let us know your thoughts on it. Cheers, Shyjal

Congrats on the launch! Seems pretty cool and easy to use, are there more case uses than the one presented in the video?
Shyjal
@rubenwolff Thank you. We launched a beta version a month back and almost 500+ people are using it already. From the current usage, what we found is most businesses use WhatsForm for Receiving Orders, Registrations, Service appointments, Contact forms and Product feedback. Forms can be used for any type of data collection but these are the major use-cases we think we can make a difference.

The amount people rely on WhatsApp outside the US is huge. I hear American podcasters dismiss WhatsApp (mainly Apple podcasts) and I have to chuckle - iMessage just isn’t really a thing internationally by comparison
Aslam Abbas
@simon_barker1 You are absolutely correct. India and Brazil are at the top of WhatsApp consumers. And the numbers are increasing in other countries as well. It's opening up a huge market potential and everyone is trying to tap into it.

Good feature! It will def be very useful for companies and help them with a little bit more of "automation" until Whatsapp will build a tool like this inside their platform - great job!
Shyjal
@mireia_palmero1 Yes indeed 🤗 Many small companies are already using WhatsApp as part of their workflow. Hopping our product will help them.
Shyjal
@mireia_palmero1 I think Whatsapp is focusing on e-commerce in WhatsApp for business. Whether they will implement a general purpose data collection data collection tool? We will have to wait and see 😁
pratik lodha

Sanket Makhija
Great work team. 1 question: Currently you guys are not charging and I'm assuming whatsapp api's are not free. Then how are you guys managing the cost overhead?
Aslam Abbas
@sanket_makhija Thanks Sanket. Right, there are costs involved. As of now, we have some other successful products from micro.company to cover those costs. With enough traction, we will introduce subscriptions in WhatsForm (Probably for custom domains). Fingers crossed🤞 If you have any other ideas, do share 👍
Liam Brewster
