Hi everyone! Wesat CRM is a brand new product that we've been working on to help professionals manage their business. Before building Wesat CRM, we did a lot of customer interviews and a common theme we noticed was that all of the professionals had similar complaints about existing CRMs: 1. They either didn't have all of the features they wanted, so they had to shop around and spend extra money 2. They were primarily made for big enterprises, so they were too complex to understand and navigate 3. They were either too expensive for their small business or their pricing model was too confusing 4. It was cumbersome to get started and it primarily demanded their time instead of save it With all of that, we set out to build a CRM that would address all of those points.
