We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to see how the Market evolves. We’d love to hear any feedback you guys have about what sorts of items you’d like to see less or more of, what’s missing, or any other feedback.
We think that the market is going to be a great way for Designer News to become even more independent while benefitting the community and helping independent designers make some extra cash. Best of all, it’s by the community, for the community.
I love DN but don't understand how market place is different from the many others that exist? Why use DN market over Creative Market?

Ends up being a great way for DN, the seller, and the buyer to all support each other.
They'll probably need to decide at some point whether they want this to be a news site or a marketplace. It's going to be hard to manage both effectively on one domain if either scales.
