Been using this product since the private beta, I can say it has grown beautifully.
I would say the value provided is really visible within mid and large teams of software engineers, but sometimes even smaller teams can benefit.
One example, I've been tracking my own output as a solo developer, and I've uncovered really cool stuff about my patterns.

@alex_malureanu Hi Alex! Thanks! Basically we're changing the way engineering leaders track the output of the engineers, switching from an Agile methodology to a new Data-Driven Agile methodology, without any input from the engineers.
@alex_malureanu I would say more than one developer. :) These guys measure things in a way that I want to track also myself using their metrics.
This is a product that in less than 10 minutes, you get relevant information from your development team, it allows you to identify the developers that work best, and also the least better! with just a few clicks!

It's a great product, and unlike their competition, WayDev doesn't force users to speak to a Sales Rep to get started. It takes 5 minutes to start seeing the benefits. The other thing that I've been impressed with is their rate at which they release new features. Every week, there is something new that they have added to the product. They must be using WayDev to build WayDev!
I've set it up to integrate with a self-hosted version of GitLab and a cloud-hosted version of Jira. The integrations work great! I believe they still have a free trial, instead of reading the rest of these reviews, I'd recommend stop reading the reviews and just signing up for the free trial - no CC is needed. You couldn't ask for an easier onboarding experience. At least that's what I did, and I'm happy that I did.

At the moment, we find us evaluating the solution, for team productivity analysis is very powerful tool. The solution has good reports that allow you see the Daily Status, Time Line Project, make 1-1 with your devs.
