I've been using Way of Life for a bit now and love it. Super easy way to keep track of those things that are often forgotten about during busy days. It has also done this weird psychological thing that has made me less likely to skip days at the gym or eat a piece of cake when I probably shouldn't.
Been using it for about 6 years now. I even used a whiteboard with marker to imitate the app before it got ported to android. Very useful for new years resolutions.
