Looks quite promising!
I am currently working on a new product, and have a waitlist already - is there migration guide? And how can I add it to the Framer website?
@endore8 thank you so much for the support! :) Here’s how you can quickly migrate:
• Existing signups: Follow our migration guide to export/import them here https://wt.ls/docs.
• Existing forms (e.g., Framer): Use our Auto Capture feature. Go to the People tab → Import → Auto Capture. Add one line of code to your head tag, and it will automatically capture form submissions (including additional data) and send them to Waitless.
• No form yet: Use our form builder in the Journey tab to create one and embed it on your site.
Let us know if you run into any issues—we’re here to help!
@junloayza Thanks! One of the main advantages is the referral system. But a lot of people appreciate our focus on design and a more scalable pricing compared to some of the big form companies.
Hey everyone! 👋
When @maxime_junique2 and I met, we had a ton of ideas for what to work on, but we weren’t sure which one would really resonate or deserve our focus.
My go-to way to test ideas and build a first audience has always been:
• Create a landing page that clearly explains the idea.
• Add a form to collect signups.
• Use a referral system to amplify interest.
• Email those who sign up, ask questions, and refine the concept while letting in first users.
This approach has worked well for me before. For example, when I co-founded Literal, our first 25k users came through referrals. But we had to build a fully custom solution to make it work, and the experience of sending newsletters or managing signups with outdated and disconnected tools was frustrating.
When Maxime and I launched our first app together, POOL, we followed the same playbook—but this time, we built a tool that became a product on its own: Waitless.
With Waitless, we’ve combined all the most important tools for founders and creators into one:
📝 Create custom signup forms.
🔗 Send beautiful email campaigns.
📩 Track signups in an intuitive CRM.
📊 Built-in referral system.
Everything is all in one place now—and you don’t need any technical experience to make it happen. No need to create a landing page with one tool, collect signups with another, send email campaigns with yet another, and pay for all of them separately.
But more importantly, Waitless helps you turn your ideas into reality. With just a few clicks, you can launch to the world, gather insights, and grow your audience.
Waitless is just getting started. We’re already working on more ways to help founders and creators launch and grow their ideas. For updates, check our Updates page and follow us on X/Twitter. Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to see what you build with Waitless.
We’d love to hear what you all think and are happy to answer any questions.
I’m using waitless since day one and it’s mind blowing.
You get the full suite to kick off your idea, create a waitlist and build a community.
So kill your Loops, Hubspot, Mailchimp etc. today and replace it with waitless. You will never look back I promise.
Looks amazing @pietterheyden . The design is simple and intuitive. Waitlists and early access management are a pain -- this is an interesting opportunity ready to be grabbed in plain sight. Glad to see someone took a stab at it with a beautiful product.
I am looking to use it in my current and upcoming feature launches. I already have a waitlist, is there a way to import the data? Also, can this be integrated with Webflow?
@usamaabidj thanks a lot! You can easily import data as a CSV and embed the sign up form into your Webflow website. Let us know if you need support with anything!
Great product Piet, It is going to be really useful
However, I was reviewing the website, the slider on the pricing page seems broken, would be great if you can fix that. But overall the product looks really promising. Congrats on the launch
@maxime_junique2 and @pietterheyden are a dream couple when it comes to building fantastic products. If you need a signup page with superpowers, try Waitless! :)
@nathano44 Hey Nathan, thanks for the kind words and great question! This feature is a bit hidden, but it’s honestly one of my favorite things about Waitless.
Under the hood, we’ve built a flexible ranking system where users earn +1 point by performing the “Refer a Friend” action. This is how we rank people on your list. But here’s the cool part—you can use our API /actions to track any action and assign any point value you want.
For example:
• Maxime “joined an event on Luma” → +5 points
• Sophia “used Feature X” → +3 points
• Mark “performed an action” → +7 points
This makes Waitless quite versatile for all kinds of engagement tracking, it's used by https://cndo.club for instance to rank their 15,000 users based on actions they take within their ecosystem.
Used waitless for a feature launch.
It was a huge success for us and so much quicker than building the referral mechanics ourselves. Thanks for your support @pietterheyden & @maxime_junique2
Hey Piet, can you please upload the video again in this PH launch? We should see the thumbnail then :)
Wish you GL with the launch and Happy/Successful NY! :)
I tried it on RevBar.app; it's taking so much time to load that I had to revert back.
The "Create New Project" UX is quite confusing, please remove that text randomization.
@jiteshghanchi Hey Jitesh, you’re absolutely right! It’s already removed—we just pushed a fix. Everything should work as expected now. Thank you for pointing this out, please let us know if there is anything else 🙏
Amazing work, @pietterheyden and @maxime_junique2! Waitless seems like a great tool for anyone wanting to streamline their signup and email marketing process. The simplicity of having everything in one place is a huge win! Do you have any tips for optimizing email campaigns using Waitless? Would love to hear some best practices!
@maxime_junique2@renchu_song Thank you, Richard! We are adding more and more pre-built templates you to use in the Campaigns tab for different use cases that use proven best practices. A few other improvements like best email sending time, subjects etc. will follow soon :)
