@adityavsc Zero catch!! Our main product is a solid spend management platform that offers corporate cards, money transfer etc. The reimbursements feature is just a way for us to let everyone know that Expensify is charging us a lot for something so basic :)

Whenever employees pay from their own pocket, they just need to submit the expense receipt. We collect and categorize, and you can reimburse the employees directly to their bank account.

We have been using it for almost a year now. It allows us to create virtual cards by department and have all our expenses under control.
Which countries are you focused on?

@cn__katie Thanks for the questions Katie - businesses from around the world can start using our free reimbursements platform. Our free platform does not actually facilitate the movement of money. It's primarily for employees to lodge expense claims and for those claims to be reviewed, then approved along with the automated accounting we can export into Xero, Quickbooks, and Netsuite.
Man, particularly in Southeast Asia where we eat outdoors a lot and on very small ticket meals. There are lots of receipts, claims and approvals flying around emails. This is why Volopay it's incredibly easy to use and people in the region love it!
