Hey Hunters! VocabCubed is my second launch this year, exciting! VocabCubed is a language learning mobile app focused on teaching the 1000 most used words in the most efficient way. The 1000 most used words make up 80% or more of words used (depending on the language), so mastering them is a great way of getting a good start on learning a new language. Using Spaced Repetition with useful statistics and feedback, VocabCubed aims to make learning vocabulary in any language effortless. High quality sound files have been produced for each word in the app - allowing users to learn correct pronunciations as well as the translations. If this software could help people whose native language isn't English learn English, that would be even better.

It reminds me of Anki with a better user interface. There isn't a lot of context and that can be problematic for languages such as Japanese. For example, the sentence structure is different in Japanese than English so it's one thing to understand a word and another on how to use it. I'm honestly not sure how helpful it is for Japanese. For French, on the other hand, the sentence structure is close to English so memorizing the words may be helpful for reading at least.
