The Inflow app will give you free access to the following:
- Short daily exercises to improve your executive functioning from an ever-expanding library of modules.
- Challenges to support the development of helpful & productive habits.
- A community of like-minded individuals.
- Live weekly events with psychologists & coaches where you can get any of your questions answered, or participate in group meditation and coworking sessions.
- Interactive journaling & prioritization tools.
We hope you find Inflow useful and can’t wait to hear your feedback 🚀.
A well-designed experience! I've been using this for the past few weeks to try to understand and mitigate some of my distraction-driven way of working and living!
@levi_epstein you know, one thing that would be helpful would be some way to help me to remember to do it at another point in the day if I've not managed it at breakfast. I keep seeing the notification and thinking "oh yes, I'll get right on that just after..."
@stef Really helpful feedback - thank you!
If you go to the settings area, you can set additional notifications for challenges, daily focus and community! We are also launching med reminders very soon. Additionally, we have a calendar integration so you can get a reminder right in your calendar.
A brilliantly engineered app providing a much-needed, meaningful service to the wider ADHD community. I downloaded this app when it first launched and have loved seeing how the team behind Inflow have continued to push and push for a better user experience each time. Waiting patiently for more exciting updates!
@luke_harries thanks! it's been incredible to see how involved the ADHD community has been in shaping the product and how much time and effort our members have put in to share their feedback to ultimately help improve Inflow.
Beyond superb. Having struggled TJ manage my ADHD for years this has been a game changer - noticeably and positively affecting both small every day interactions as well as my work
Love the product, team and marketing. Been following Inflow for almost a year now and I'm particularly impressed by the way they've been able to create this sense of community for ADHD patients through their mobile app and their social networks.
On the product side, every day the community is prompted to answer 1 question related to something ADHD patients are struggling with e.g. How do you switch off and relax? Users then respond and can interact with one another, removing the stigma and providing tips that have worked for them in the past.
On the social network side, their content is educational, fun and really relatable for the ADHD community.
All of this aside, the daily exercises are well curated to be the right length (not too long and the right amount of information), the learning pathway is gamified and notifications help to get back into the routine.
Really impressed by how fast all of this has been achieved and looking forward to see the next development and features. Onwards and upwards inflow!
I like the idea of having such an app, but before you can even explorer the options, you have to sign up and commit to a plan. I personally deleted the app immediately, as I don't want to commit to something, I don't know what it will bring, or help with.
