My good friend uses this app since quite a while now and told me quite some good stuff about it how personal the feedback is (no bot crap). she uses it for regular tracking still after she improved her general eating and cooking behaviour with it, so i guess this one is a good one!
What a fantastic app, it's easy to use and I can reflect my symptoms and food and so I can recognize connections. The best: a nutritionist is chatting with me, supports me and give me recommendations on top! LOVE it :)
This app was recommended by my dietitian so that I could track what I ate and my symptoms while reintroducing foods after the low FODMAP diet. It’s been so helpful! The recipes are great too - always good to have some yummy tummy friendly alternatives 😊
I was skeptical at first but it actually does a great job in tracking your daily health metrics and keep track of any changes, which you can trace back to your habits (food, exercise, stress levels etc.)
I use this app multiple times a day to track certain needs, and it has done wonders to help me understand my body better, track my medicine, etc. I highly recommend it!
